Return Policy

At Tile Backer Boards, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully happy with your purchase, we’re here to support you.

Returns

Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. To qualify for a return, products must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in the original packaging. Proof of purchase, such as a receipt, is required.

Refunds

Once your return is received, our team will review and inspect the item. You will be notified once we have received your return, along with an update on the approval status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original method of payment. The time it takes for the funds to appear will depend on your payment provider.

Exchanges

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, we are happy to offer a replacement of the same product. Please reach out to us within 30 days of receiving your order to arrange an exchange.

Shipping

Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, any applicable return shipping costs may be deducted.

Do you ship internationally?

At the moment, our deliveries are limited to addresses within the United Kingdom. We don’t offer international shipping just yet.

When will my order arrive?

Orders placed before 1:30pm are usually sent out the same day using a next-day delivery service, so you can expect your items promptly.

VAT

Are you VAT registered?

Yes. We are officially VAT registered and can provide a VAT invoice whenever you need one - simply request it and we’ll be happy to help.

Can I return my product?

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Just contact us by email to get started. Please note that return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
